You will see the sign for the Brewery just as you enter the historic part of Sylva, NC. Chip decided to locate here rather than Asheville because of the climate and near Western Carolina University.
Chip the Brewmaster
Chip was an engineer originally while brewing on the side for 10 years. When he was laid off he decided to follow his dream and start a Micro Brewery. His is now doing what he really likes doing.
Chip and Nicole
Nicole is Chip's girlfriend. They are in partnership together. Nicole is the other brewmeister and owner. They both are having fun doing what they enjoying doing. The food at Innovations is REALLY good also.
The Innovation Beer
The Innovation brewery has 23 different beers on tap. The beer taps are custom made by Chip which give the pub a great feeling.
Chip the Tap Man
Being an engineer Chip had the welding experience to build many parts of the brewery. The Tap handles were from old gears that he was throwing away in his previous life as an engineer.
Dennis
Had a chance to meet Dennis. Dennis was one of Innovation Brewery's first customers. He can be quoted as saying, "The beer is the best thing about a brewery." Andy my son-in-law is in the background.
