I thought the old wooden rope block was a thing of the past. I used to have one as a kid to upright trees in Florida after hurricanes. This is part of a group of images I made one morning at the Barberville Pioneer Settlement in Barberville, FL.
The old wood beam was a siding on one of the cabins in the Great Smoke Mountains. The old weathered grain of the beam just looks like it could tell a story.
