I took the picture in the New England area almost 30 years ago as a B&W. I believe the Cadillac in around the 1913 vintage. If anyone knows for sure please let me know.

This is the last car Franklin D. Rosevelt's drove in Warm Springs, Ga. It gave him the mobility and the opportunity to drive on the clay roads visitng people and holding impromptu press confrences.
